What the ones on the Harry Potter posters show is that with computers they can hide anything in anything. but i'm not sure what you feel you need protection from. sex? or the advertising industries use of primordial subdifuge and hypnotic suggestion - we know they are very persuasive, but the depth of the manipulation can be overwhelming if you haven't come across it before - have you heard of Neuro Linguistic Programming?

I know of NLP, I'm aware of the techniques, in fact I am reading multiple books about that just now. My television has been thrown away 8 years ago. Nevertheless, I get all this **** on the streets everyday and art and music brings it into my home/on my laptop. It makes me feel like most of my inspiration might be only suggestion.
And yes, I do meditate etc. to clear myself but I was just wondering if there are any proven "NLP counter techniques.:" Identifying the techniques may be a good step, but does your conscious mind cancel out the unconscious mind just by being aware? I doubt so.

I'm glad you said that Czymra, and I know what you mean - we are bombarded by this stuff day in day out. I've often felt I was hard-wired for some sort of protection from this, but they use techniques that are fundamental to the way the body/mind machine works, so I would suggest that the conscious mind CAN actually cancel it out - knowing it exists is the first step, and your intentions create your self - being in awareness of your thoughts and actions is the protection you seek!!! Inspiration is much more than a suggestion and it sounds like you are a curious and creative thinker!! - go bouncing around avalon for a bit, it works for me :original: and there are plenty of suggestions here also :lol3:

By the way a 'naked' link is one that has http:// or so on it, you can mask those links when you use the 'chain' symbol so that your link is a piece of text, which preferably indicates where the link leads to. That's what Karen's going on about. ;)

Subliminal messages make me really angry, they are everywhere yes along with symbology of our buildings, sports logos, just about anything you care to buy.
What i find really sick is how the kiddies videos are full of this stuff, choking their innocence with this adult pronography.

Walt Disney is the biggest lure of all, raking in millions bought by the parents to indoctrinate our little people.

Then they wonder why our kids are not kids no more, well i wonder why???
Children know so much more today sexually then generations past, girls as young as 12 or 13 are having kids of their own today.

Their drinking younger, smoking and becoming adults far younger.
A lost generation of kids who never learnt the art of just being kids, this is a precious time you only get it it once let them enjoy just being kids!

Interesting, but the question is still, are we obsessed with sex because these messages are everywhere or is it rather that sex sells and they draw our attention to products by embedding it somehow, or is it even both?

I'd like to see more radical examples of subliminal messages, though. There must be more than sexual messages.

By the way, I find it finicky to pick out many long objects and mark them as 'penises'. God knows I find at least 5 items in my room only that could go through as such. Look at how your deodorant is shaped, it's a convenient shape that's used for it's functionality, just like a curved but flat shape is used in both nature as a leaf but also as a plate for us to eat from.

I'm really wondering if our perception of sex is twisted. Is the problem that we are being focused too much on the genital parts and ignore the experience as a whole?

Any input from more experienced Avalonians? ;)

It is no longer naked because the orignal poster did fix it.

I did think about mentioning it in a PM, however so many people are posting "naked links" that is a link with no description of what it is about, that it would take me a very, very long time to advise everyone about it. This way the word gets out to whomever reads the thread at least.

The OP fixed it and I didn't come back and remove my post because the thread just sifted off the bottom of "new posts" for quite awhile.

What I posted tells what a naked link is and why we would prefer that you add a description - its just a little courtesy thing concerning people's time.

I must say that using this technique to deceive innocent people is awful.
It is similar to NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
But, It is good to learn about these “things”, to get oneself prepared.
Tip of the day: Create your own vision, instead of using tele vision. :)

I've seen quite a lot of Jordan Maxwell, but never heard him specifically referring to the harvest aspect, look more in the direction of David Icke and Swewart Swerdlow for this. They say also sport events and rock concerts and the like serve this purpose.
