Ufo possible, secret military aircraft likely IMO.
I cant help but notice Chile has more than its fair share of good sightings!

Is there something of significance there?

Peace
Iain

I'll have a look about for a very unusual 'UFO' picture from a Chilean airliner in the early '70s.

The NSA sent people to interview folks over it, and also 'silence them' from speaking to the media such was the validity of the sighting.

Oh and of interest. Top 5 countries with UFO sightings.

USA.
Peru.
Brazil.
Russia.
Chile.

Hi giovonni,

Not really. The probable explanation is that they were air force aeroplanes flying in formation like the ones on the following link.

or this:

Good pilots though.

Best regards,

Steve

There is something but I do not remember what. I think they built there a giant telescope or sth like that. I remember watching a film about sth there.

Burgundia, I think what you're talking about is in the Atacama Desert, northern Chile, called the Paranal Observatory, or there's one called the La Silla Observatory also in the Atacama Desert. The Atacama Desert is way north of Santiago.

yes, this is what I meant. But i do not think that it would be such a great distance for all those flying vehicles.
