Officials at Occidental College in Los Angeles have been served with a demand to produce records of Barack Obama's attendance there during the 1980s to determine whether he was registered as a foreign national.

The case is one of three fronts now established that contest the president-elect's constitutional eligibility for the Oval Office.

The Supreme Court and Congress also are being challenged to address concerns that Obama doesn't meet the requirements of the U.S. Constitution that the president be a "natural born" citizen.

WND has reported on a long list of legal cases raising questions over the issue, including several that have reached the U.S. Supreme Court. Justices have declined to give any of the cases full hearings on their merits, but another conference remains on the Supreme Court docket for Jan. 23 on the issue.

"If Obama is sworn in as president, we will file a Petition for Writ of 'Quo Warranto,' a case that will challenge Obama as being ineligible to serve as president because he is 'not qualified,'" said Philip J. Berg, a lawyer who has brought several cases to court.

Dear American Patriot,

Bill Clinton called Barack Obama a " Chicago thug" for a legitimate reason! On the eve of Mr. Obama's inauguation we find that his Treasury Secretary nominee Geithner did not pay his IRS taxes and hired an illegal alein. Geithner is either lying about it or ignored the INF written notices and forgot he signed documents that he knew he had to pay according to the WSJ. He is surrounding himself with more thugs that ignor the law.
I intend to expose and bring to trial every illegal action the man has done and will do -- starting with his trampling of the U.S. Constitution by his refusal to confirm his natural born citizenship. Frankly, Obama's past is littered with all sorts of questionable actions -- ranging from downright dumb to undoubtedly illegal. And the United States Justice Foundation -- your conservative voice in the courts since 1979 -- is going to bring Obama to account on each and every legal misstep.
You see during the Bill Clinton presidency, Judicial Watch, under Larry Klayman, dogged the Clintons -- whom he called the "Bonnie and Clyde of American politics" -- exposing their numerous misdeeds to American voters. But Klayman moved on, and the Clinton "co-presidency" ran its course.
And if the Clintons were "Bonnie and Clyde ," Barack Obama is "Senator Jekyll and President Hyde."
Senator Obama campaigned for the presidency as a moderate, a uniter, a man seeking change. But we know, based on his past, he'll rule as a radical, left-wing, power hungry politician. Now it's time for another watchdog group to serve as a check on Barack Obama's unbridled lust for power: the United States Justice Foundation.
USJF is fighting Obama in court right now, challenging his position as President-elect until and unless he provides a valid, original birth certificate proving he is a natural born citizen. And I need you to tell Mr. Obama that you want him to come clean -- right now -- or face legal action like he's never seen before in his life. Because until Barack Obama releases his original birth certificate, USJF will challenge every action he takes as President, including executive orders and legislation he signs, because he will have stolen the election!
That's right . . . even if he's sworn into office on January 20, Barack Obama will not legally be President of the United States , unless he can prove he is a "natural born citizen."
What's more, every action taken by him while he occupies the White House would be invalid. And if he cannot legally be President, every law passed by Congress will be null and void because the Constitution clearly says all laws passed by Congress must be sent to the President . . . and without a legally elected and sworn in President in office, that becomes an impossibility.

The truth is, Obama's shady relationships are a warning of what he'll attempt to do as President. Just look at a few of his questionable acquaintances over the years:
Domestic terrorists William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn;
Racist pastor Jeremiah Wright;
Communist Frank Marshall Davis;
Militant Muslim politician Raila Odinga;
Anti-Semite Black Muslim leader Louis Farrakhan;
Convicted money man Tony Rezko;
Former PLO activist Rashid Khalidi.
While these pals of Obama's may or may not physically walk through the doors of the Oval Office once he is sworn in, you can be sure their radical ideas will continue to have a great impact on his thinking and policies . . . policies that will affect every aspect of your life!

And we know what to do and how to do it. USJF has battled Planned Parenthood for refusing to turn in child molesters; We've fought NAMBLA for encouraging pedophiles to rape young boys; We've taken on the "open borders" crowd who want to see America flooded with illegal aliens.
When Hillary Clinton was caught not reporting more than a million dollars in campaign donations during the 2000 election, it was USJF that handled a suit against both her and Bill Clinton.
We've worked to stop the globalist agenda of the United Nations, which seeks to end American sovereignty while pushing their "one world" philosophy. And we've fought to keep the UN from naming Bill Clinton as its Secretary-General.

So when Obama fights to implement Islamic Sharia law in any form in the United States, USJF will sue.
If Obama succeeds in overturning the federal Defense of Marriage Act -- which currently protects individual states from being forced to recognize same-sex marriages performed in other states -- USJF will sue.
When Obama signs on the dotted line to ratify the International Criminal Court -- usurping American sovereignty -- USJF will sue.
If Obama signs Freedom of Choice legislation -- which would overturn every federal and state law presently on the books that limit abortion in any way -- USJF will sue.
When Obama reinstates a ban on offshore drilling -- leaving the United States hostage to terror-supporting countries in the Middle East -- USJF will sue.
So when Barack Obama issues an executive order funding embryonic stem cell research, the [COLOR="Sienna"][B]United States Justice Foundation will sue.

And Obama's promise to fund overseas abortion will present the United States Justice Foundation with an opportunity to go after him on a constitutional issue since the Constitution clearly gives only the Legislature the ability to spend money.
But there's still more . . .
The United States Justice Foundation is taking action to see that the Federal Election Commission investigates -- and punishes, as warranted -- Barack Obama's extremely questionable fundraising. His presidential campaign allegedly pulled in millions of dollars in illegal foreign contributions, as well as hundreds of millions of dollars in amounts small enough to fall under nondisclosure rules. Yet, published reports show that many donors made repeated small donations, with an unknown number totaling far above the legal limits! And these repeat donors were obviously trying to skirt the law since they used the names of fictional characters like "Daffy Duck" and "Bart Simpson." This outrageous -- and possibly illegal -- behavior on the part of Barack Obama must be investigated.
Obama's socialist agenda is about to hit us full force in the coming weeks. And the United States Justice Foundation is your best chance at stopping the aggressive assault on our liberties by the Obama crowd. Just days after the election, I met with key conservative strategists in Washington , and the consensus was that supporting legal watchdog groups like USJF is the most important thing you as a concerned American can do at this point. Yeah, I gotta agree w/ Anchor to some extent here. I'm not in the 68% of Americans that say they are "thrilled" that Obama is the next president, but considering our "options", things could have been far worse (PALIN :mfr_omg:).

As far as his legitimacy goes, I must say that I've lost any interest in the subject after applying some personal logic. That is to say that as I see it, if they, knew Obama was next in line, then they certainly would have gotten his sh*t in line long ago (if needed). Considering how deep this conspiracy must go, if he is indeed some sort of manchurain candidate, then this birth certificate stuff seems like it would be a small obstacle for them.

I'm at a point where I realise that there is only so much of this stuff that I could possibly confirm to my satisfaction (maybe 20% at best), so alot of the time I can only go on what I feel.

When Obama was elected, I decided to give him a chance despite what I'd heard. Now Hillary,Gates, Emanuel, I can't say I'm happy about any one of those appointments, but Holder was interesting. I watched his confirmation hearings the other day, and it almost sounded like he was open to investigating the Bush administration (which is totally waranted imo, but of course he can't just say that on c-span right now.....hopefulluy tomorrow though.).

The bar I've personally set for Obama in the next 4 years is, a real 9/11 investigation. If I see that, I'll further reconsider what I've heard about him.

The notion that Obama is not legally entitled to be president is a complete fabrication - just words to whip up a storm.

Just use some logic. Do you think that the NSA/CIA/FBI etc etc would not have done a pretty thorough check on this guy? I've accused the Americans of some pretty stupid things in the past, but I do not think it is THAT bad.

I read that NEWS BRIEF on Newsmax and was surprised as I thought all appeals had been denied and all hope was lost. (I am a highlighter, but since it offended you, I have removed them.)

When I was checking out the news at: http://www.realityzone.com/currentperiod.html, one of G. Edward Griffin's site (Other Website: http://www.freedom-force.org) and saw the article, Constitutional eligibility for Obama to be President is being contested on three fronts, I felt it held enough water to post and I decided at that time to include the Newsmax article.

But, does it really matter? I guess not. The game is on and it doesn't appear anyone will be able to stop it unless people turn off their TV's and turn on freedom.

The Constitution hasn't been followed since the passage of the USA Patriot Act. It's a joke when people go "Oh what about the Constitution?". What about it? It's apparently just a piece of paper nowadays.

I don't like that, you don't like that but what are we going to do? It's up to us to hold our officials accountable, whether it means sending them letter after letter, email after email and letting them know that they are STILL accountable to the people. If we try, we can at least say that we tried.

I think we all are a bit wound up, I know my feathers are ruffled.

For years, I ignored politics because of what Burgundia said above. It's always one of the two guys.

Have we lost our spirit of freedom? Do we have to hit rock bottom like an addiction before the American people realize they've been led down a primrose path?

It's hard not to be apathetic...with all the mass media mind bending, and subliminal advertising, select knowledge being taught in schools, not to mention being drugged with the water we drink and the food we eat, the pharmaceuticals being spoon fed, and the devaluation of the dollar.

I like what Gerald Celente always says: "When you've got nothing to lose and you lose everything you lose it." Or is it: When you lose everything and you've got nothing to lose you lose it." Either way, it says it all.

All requested documents which would prove or disprove eligibility should have been freely produced long ago. The fact that they have been withheld or do not exist is somewhat suspicious. Could this be the beginning of a Constitutional 9/11? If Obama is not eligible...a no-win situation will exist. If he is allowed to stay...patriots will be running in the streets. If he is removed...Obama supporters will be running in the streets. Martial law would then be likely imposed...the Constitution suspended...good-bye USA...hello NWO. I sincerely hope that he is, indeed, eligible.
