Here something to contemplate, here in NY I am intiated into a mantra meditation and the swami wants us to meditate at least one hour per session, anything less it is not effective, and at least twice a day, morning/evening or noon/midnite...

Meditation can be for several reasons(goals)...... Meditation is a way to access energies(Light) (Knowledge) (Healing)(Love)(Creativity)(Etc.)

I am not a master or initiate in any meditation philosophy. Many work on their chakras if they feel they need more balance.If you are a happy,healthy,nurturing person whom can stand up for themselves when the need arises- I do not percieve a need to do clearingsof the chakras. Just by visualizing them & their colors,your chakras should be on and working.If one has issues or pain,they should be working on their ethereal bodies in chakrameditations and "as above-so below" the physical body will align. Hopefully, Astralwalker,phiedphipher,and several others,will co-ordinate what will be focused upon as we listen to the frequencies as it will really be more of a Global Intentionwith the frequencies raising us all to the same harmonics and therefore the energies will manifest pretty quickly!!!(Just many do not understand Intention/Manifestation throughout the world. But many understand meditation/Prayer and therefore that word was chosen,not so much for the Awoken, but for many that still sleep!!!) I believe that if you want to access the Fabric of Consciousness(Divine Creator) you must use your first clip. The second is great to learn chakra activation and is good for the beginning,but not necessary for meditation that leads to ethereal body.(That meditation can lead to astral travel,time travel,etc)You may request Spirit guides & Divine Creator to help you with a goal(Healing,Resolutions,Etc.) as you go into this meditation.You will be surprised as to your answers(In visions,just knowing,or many times in Syncrosity) I hope this helps???Oh- when working on intentions-the idea is focus,whether it is in singing,chanting,dancing,etc. It does not have to be in stillness,although we will see what Astralwalker and Phiedphipher have in mind for this event!!

I want to offer my sincere thanks and appreciation to Astralwalker for starting this thread, and I'd like to thank all of you who have contributed positively to it since. I have spent the time to read everything from the start, and I now must consider how I should continue my own development, and how I can help those around me whom I love and have responsibility for. To help me with this, I look forward to the wise words of those who are more experienced than myself.

New York is a very busy city and has always been.
I think you understand me and I have been there too.
The following is partly a joke: I understand why you need at least an hour. :)

This is all OK, very good, fixed GMT times (0:00, 6:00, 12:00 and 18:00) duration between 0.5 hour and 1.0 hour, and there are possibilities to join 4 different times during a day and night.
Anyhow we will end up with a gauss-like curve, it is very good.

And I must point out about the focus, a newcomer like me can “use” the force from others, if they have trust in me.
And so can many others......
So the focus has to be directly on “the Earth and it's inhabitants” individually, I don't understand the problem, “skilled people” have warned about this.

I have also tested with sound wave generators, mixed signal (to get very low difference signal) or a single signal, and I have felt also at certain points in the frequency-range you get a strong “turbo-level”.
But I have also sung out loudly, and also got these “turbo-levels” at certain points.
I have also done it “internally in my thoughts”, and it worked that to, but not to that extent as real sound, maybe I am not that skilled.
In fact the only time I had an “out of body experience”, was triggered by myself creating an audible sound.
But it was not my intention, and I didn't know about these “OBE-things” at that time.
Anyhow, It seems to be very strong.

So, have we all agreed upon the following, to start with, for the global individual meditations:
Time: GMT, 0:00, 6:00, 12:00 and 18:00 and duration between 0.5 hour and 1.0 hour.
Any comments? Please, let us start with this very important thing, and it is in fact quite simple.

Personaly, I find the idea of combining our forces great.
But, as many of us meditate every day (each of us on their own way of course), not everyone would be able (for any reason) to meditate each day at exact the same times.

So I'm wondering...what if...and this just came in my mind...

...what if I, for example, meditate two hours earlier or later as the defined times, and I command that the energy of my prayer/meditation should join all other energies by the next available time????

Doing it this way, everyone can contribute on the individual level, but we would bundle our energies on a higher level in order to achieve our goel?

I was just wondering...

Any ideas if this would be achievable?

If we consider the fact that time doesn't exist on other, higher levels of consciousness, why bother with time????

The energy here is really building . . . I love looking at the avatars of all who are posting here and seeing how really international this group is!

With all the talk about the importance of meditation in preparing for the Nexus Event, I realize that no one has yet mentioned the Quantum Breathing described by JAMES in his PC interview posted there on Dec. 5th. Here's a short description of it in case you've missed it:

Quantum Pause is a simple, four-stage process beginning with an in-breath of anywhere between three and six counts, depending on your lung capacity, posture, and degree of privacy. For those who may wonder whether there really is a "global consciousness" - here is the foreword to the second "Book of Nexus" which I am currently working on.

Foreword by Michael Knight: Some years ago I worked with Dr Roger Nelson of Princeton University on a series of articles he wrote about the "Global Consciousness Project."

They were published in a science-oriented magazine ("The Golden Thread" - now discontinued) that I was writing for at the time.

The hypothesis behind the Global Consciouusness Project, in layman's terms, is that people's minds and thoughts are interconnected - and this can be measured and graphed (sometimes in advance of significant events).

This rigorous investigation has very important implications for the "Nexus Project."

"Our purpose" (writes Dr Nelson) "is to examine subtle correlations that may reflect the presence and activity of consciousness in the world.

"When millions of us share intentions and emotions the GCP/EGG network shows small changes that accumulate, becoming evidence for our general hypothesis."

Constant meditation across the world in differing time zones will help keep the level of energy high, inorder to have an everlasting effect.
There should be groups set up for each time zone and and agreeed time for meditation for each should be astablished.

Just on another point.

Has anyone had the chance to dowse the chosen sites and crop circles mentioned in the infomation at the begining of the thread? Any infomation on the energy given out by these crop circles or sacred sites? This could give us alot more to go on.

It is sad to read, but this is what is going on everywhere on a global scale, I know I am subjected and I know others, too.
This system of theirs has been around for a long, long time.
The only thing to do, is to fight back, with the “weapons” we have.
The “power elite” has infiltrated everything. it is the same in every country, but they are not many.
Every new organisation that is created, they are trying to infiltrate, this is not my intention to scare you, but we have to act immediately, and then slowly change the present direction.
Personally, I believe very strongly in this, but it is not given freely to us, it is our individual responsibility to act, as many as possible, in many different ways, to spread the risks.

Their weapon is fear, lies and secrecy and ours should be love, truth and openness.
We probably can't hide anything for “them”, with all their “fancy tech-stuff”, instead we will attract new lovely individuals in our struggle, because we will be more and more famous in our struggle.

We also have to help these kind of people, like Paul Pantone, in this physical prison, not realm, we live in, with proper actions (spiritual and as well physical actions).
This is their way to take out their enemies, and they will continue and increase the rate, if we don't stop them.
So just lean back and doing nothing, seems to kill off good people, as I understand it.

This is one way the “power elite” works, they “invent” a lot of laws, so they can “take away” whoever they want.
In Sweden, the “power elite”, has created, by lackeys, around five new laws every day before, and it is probably the same rate at present, too.
And as a citizen, I am in duty bound to know of the laws, so in a way, we are all lawbreakers.
So I guess the disciplinary power can punish whoever they want and whenever they want.
But it is also dangerous for the “power elite” to use to much violent, because it could backlash, it has happened before, for example, in the Freemason history, so they “are killing us smoothly” instead.
Present applied democracy is just a bad joke.
If you are not “one of them”, they consider you as serfs (cattle) or enemies.
But low level Freemasons have to watch up, probably because they are not considered to be “real Freemasons”.
Because, sometimes it seems to me, that they sacrifice their own, lower levels of course.

So let us individually do “our part”, it is not that difficult, look for example at the different YouTube-videos about Masaru Emoto, and his water and ice experiments, then you understand.
By doing this, you have come very far, it is no problem at all.
You can test it for yourself, say: I love you to everything in the surrounding and this will affect you (and the surrounding), and you will feel it.
Remember we have been taught to get a low level of self-esteem.
So keep your chin up, and crank up your engine! :)

THE 2009 OVERVIEW

During 2009, everything that is false, that is based on selfish
greed or the illusion of separation or that lacks integrity will be
ultra magnified until it fails. All that is true and integrous will
succeed. This puts everything ON THE LINE for us. Do we follow the
road that takes us to our Wildest Dreams or do we continue traveling
on the road that is quickly turning into a nightmare?

Throughout the year, many of us will relocate to the places of our
New Lives if we're real and true and if our personal matrix is clear.
Even if we don't physically move to a new location, our immediate
environment will be noticeably different. Once this happens, there
will be a dramatic shift of the people and props in our life; our new
careers will be revealed; our One True Loves will be met. Even our
daily routines and accustomed habits will change.

Regarding jobs and careers: In 2009 we will have much greater
success creating our own jobs and working with like minded others than
working at old duality-based jobs. This is because the whole
duality-based economy is in the process of Null-Zoning.

This is the year for the Emergence of the True Ones. People all
over the world will openly step into their full mastery so they can
fulfill their true purpose. There will be a dramatic changing of the
guard and passing of the sceptres of responsibility.

And all the while, everything built upon the illusion of duality
will continue to fall apart….

This can make walking through 2009 challenging at times. We need
to be ultra aware of what is going on in the world, yet we have to be
careful not to get pulled into it. No matter what is happening around
us, we must follow a clear trajectory into the New and True.

2009 has two very distinct parts, each with an unique focus.

JANUARY - MAY

The first half of the year from January through May resembles a
construction site with all the workers arriving at the same time to
begin work on a large project. Each person has their own special
skills which are greatly needed to complete the mammoth project in
front of us. There is much to achieve in a short time which requires
tremendous focus and effort from us. And although there is a blur of
heightened activity, if we remain focused on our goal, much can be
achieved with a minimum of stress.

During this time, there will be lots of Ho'o Pono Pono or Making
Things Right taking place. We will continually scour our beings to
find anything that holds us back or keeps us untrue. One of the things
that we must get free of is being held back by the control of the
petty tyrant of our ego. We simply can't be ego driven any more if we
want to become True Beings. When we put on the false garments of the
ego, we are trying to cover up our feelings of insecurity and
inadequacy, that we are not good enough. This false veneer may fool
some people; it may make us temporarily feel better, but it only holds
us back from being real and true. Our egos absolutely need to be
brought into alignment with our True Core Selves in order for us to
travel on the road of Emergence. There is nothing better than being
our True Core Self. It's no longer about acquiring power or knowledge;
it's about being real.

Others things that can hold us back are doubting what we really
know to be true, the fear of failure that we won't be good enough,
lack of confidence in our own abilities, and the fear of leaping
without a visible safety net. All of these elements must be removed
from our personal matrix as soon as possible.

We must now clear up any remaining residue of the past and heal
any wounds that we accumulated during our journey. There will be much
focus on completing the old. We will be sifting through everything,
getting rid of old stuff both inside ourselves and in our outer
environment. We will be tying up loose threads and closing many old
chapters of our lives. At the same time, we will acquire essential
tools and skills for our New Lives. Many things will be shifted out of
their old positions into new temporary ones. On many levels we will
feel that we are in transit.

Part of our vast letting go of the past will be stepping out of
unfulfilling relationships, jobs and activities. Much is on the move
during these months. Many of us will relocate during this time. If so,
we may not move directly to our final destination, but rather to a
temporary position within the right area.

We will also experience a series of things clicking into position.
This includes meeting key people from our New Lives and a clicking in
with our outer environment. We will be integrating some of the people
we already know with ones whom we've just met. This will create a new
energy dynamic. We will discover that we are not meant to do things by
ourselves anymore, that our greatest success comes with working with
others in mutual support. Many of us will come together with kindred
people to form new communities of mutual support. Living and working
with kindred people will immeasurably strengthen our position for it
is the way of the New.
Around March, we will be looking for our right new situation,
especially regarding where we live and the new work we will do. We
will be testing the waters, making new connections and finding a place
to land as we organize our New Life. We will be dealing with lots of
practicalities. This will continue in April as we get more settled and
start spreading out our roots to see what's there. We will also
experience a creative surge that is inspired by our new landscape. And
the waters of the River of new True Love will start flowing….

May brings us a change of gears that signifies a powerful shift.
The Surf rises to tsunami proportions to bring us major quantum
breakthroughs that will move us to an entirely new level that we
barely knew existed. This is when we will see the first new shoots of
the plants we have put into our new landscape rise to the surface. We
are swept along in the rising currents of the River of new True Love
as it flows into the Ocean of Love.

JUNE

The month of June stands by itself. It is a mega Turning Point
which vastly transforms us. The pivot that has held things into their
old positions make its final turn and everything shifts into its new
position. Any remaining veils suddenly drop away and the wonder of our
new landscape is fully revealed. During this time, we will suddenly
see things that we didn't know existed. This will occur on the
physical all around us. It will feel like our color spectrum suddenly
expands, enabling us to see new colors. In June we will also
experience our first MUA as the New Matrix of One True Love is finally
born. This will fling open the floodgates of Pure Heart True Love.

JULY - DECEMBER

For the rest of the year, we will move comfortably into our New
Lives. It won't be difficult to adjust; it will feel natural. We will
be joining together with our true people to live and work together.
There will be a strong sense of connectedness with kindred people,
even with those who live on the other side of the planet. The sleeping
giant of our One Being will finally shake off its slumber and arise
into its magnificence. Sharing responsibility and serving as One, we
will finally be doing what we really came here to do on a vast scale.
At the same time, we will finally be able to turn our attention to our
personal needs and desires, taking care of any health issues that
we've neglected from lack of time or lack of funds.

Those who are true and real will be traveling on a massive Fast
Track. Yet, although much will be happening, it will not be
overwhelming because we will be doing it together as ONE.

Our long suppressed creativity will spill out to the surface. Our
One True Loves will be at our side. We will joyously live our Wildest
Dreams filled with LOVE beyond anything presently imaginable.

And all the while, everything built upon the illusion of duality
will continue to fall apart….

Ah. This sounds so simple and yet I do not remember. Thanks again for reminding Stiros. I've always had the notion that when I go into the Tube I need to at least be ready to die with the people on my carriage and thus love them for who they are but HEY, your option is so much more positive.
Then again, just think this would be your last day. Maybe that's motiviation enough.
