For some strange reason, meditation was way more powerful this morning than lately , A super overwhelming feeling of love ..words can describe...

I'm thankful that there's a fellow lightworker where I work that is always putting out love and encouragement to all of those that he knows. It makes my job so much easier and dare I say that he is far more humble than I am but I'm getting there.

It makes me want to put out more love and good vibes. I'm shy about using the word love as a feeling but ah hell, I love you all. :wub2:

Same to you!!

For years, I've been working on integrating all the part of myself that have been split (Body-Mind-Spirit).
Through all forms of trauma, these parts were split during childhood.
it's through the work on integrating these that I am finding the oneness of all those and at the same time, beginning to feel the oneness with all.
It's fascinating and undescribeable.

This is what I really appreciate about Avalon... the feeling of camaraderie that pervades the forum. I know this....beyond cognition. And lately? I have been physically hurting because of the perceived separation that exist between us.

I remember being one. I've finally figured out that that is what makes me so attractive to other people... I have that "something..." Its because I am so close to recalling and living the ONE.

I don't know how much longer my heart can hold out. The ache is killing me.

Breathing.... deep loving breaths. Thank you all... for knowing this, too. We are not ever alone. It helps in the mean time.
