Any tips on posting a Youtube guys.
 
I used to know how to do it but I forgot it has been over a year now.

Do I embed the youtube url in the paper clip attachments or is it something else.

If you want to embed the YouTube video, you have to use this code: [ youtube ] xxxxxxxxx [ /youtube ]. Don't type the spaces. I had to put spaces in so the system would not create a white box instead of what I typed as instructions.

To get the characters for the x's, copy and paste them from the URL of the YouTube video. They are the characters between the "=" and the "&".

To insert a youtube video into a post:

insert the file number of the video between the youtube tags
For example the link is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_Y26JNd3g4

then the file number is Y_Y26JNd3g4

so typing the text-->http://www.projectavalon.net/forum/p...pictureid=7957
gives you this:


Make sure there are no spaces.
