Dream Analyses

Most of my dreaming is in nightmares..they are not easily shared but i do find the topic of dream analyses very intersting..

Are dreams purely the reflection of enviroment?

i believe they are much more

Are dreams and nightmares basicaly the same?

Has anyone here studied in that field?

Re: Dream Analyses

i was once told that dreams is who we really are

i can not deny or conform this

it was a "science" statement from a psychologist... that in dreams our "breaks" do not exist and our true "face" is shown, that during our wake time we have "consciousness" that tells as what and how to do and not to do...based on a gazillion of variables....but while sleeping that is gone and we see ourselves (through various images and scenarios) as we really are...and that mostly people get afraid when they see something they do not like/do not wish to accept....deny it to themselves during wake time.....

i also saw a lot of "explanations" of various things we encounter while dreaming...most of them were useless to me....my experience...do not know about the others

Nightmares general speaking are related to anxiety, a warm bath before to sleep and a wind down technique of relaxation normally breaks the pattern:

Technique 1

Slow the breath to half its normal rate and start relaxing the body from feet to head one part at the time, slowly and with detail

At the begining you might fall to sleep rather promptly even when you are just starting but if you persevere the nighmares will progressively diminish

Technique 2

Another way is to make a short "review" of the issues of the day and settle ones perpective and emotions so there are no unresolved looping thoughts in the background. The objective of this exercise is accepting that we as co creators have participated in the manifestation of our reality and what ever if there is "perfect" (not ideal but perfect) and that we have the power to make different choices

There are another type of nightmares that is more related to ET visitor intrussions, those have to be tackle on a different way

The other thing you may ask yourself is since when those nightmares appeared because they may related to trauma. If that is the case bringing the trauma to the conscious may help

These are very trying times for all of us, my best wishes for blissfull nights

Love
PS i myself use KS techniques but that is my personal choice

If you have nightmares then it could be does possibilities

1 Your own frears (reality you create because of your state)
2 Created by your trans dimensional parrisite to create fear in the spirit.
3 past live experience re-experienced that where fear full/scary

Re: Dream Analyses

after i heard a statement i wrote about in the previous post it gave me a lot to think about my bad dreams

i rarely have nightmare dreams and all in all i rarely remember my dreams

i now also remember of someone stating:"the moon light shows us for what we really are"

i understand the nightmare as a pure image of our fear....looking at it in black&white - nothing makes sense...but bringing it all together the nightmare becomes a learning story....

dreams cannot be explained by the same method all off the time.sometimes you can understand why you had a certain dream and sometimes you wonder how and where that dream came from the more you try and remember your dreams the more you will have them keep dreaming ilove dreaming unless its a scarey one.
