I will try to gather as many people as possible to this forum and meditation on 8th feb but some how I need to fly to poland on that day to Warsaw.

I feel its important to stay close and have contact during everything that is going on today and gather so many people as possible for those events.

The music's lovely but I am finding it difficult getting into a meditative state while listening. I've been meditating since the early '70's and stopped using music/tone/chant as a backdrop many years ago......

Any suggestions?

The audio file in my opinion has to be strictly instrumental.

Something that we can use as good musical background, and something that will help us sink into the deep, and won’t distract the meditative method in the same time.

We will upload many files, and we can decide which one we can use. I hope PhieldPaper will tune in soon, and tell us what he thinks.

No one knows the individual's struggles of another until they have walked in their shoes..........Even then,one may not understand!!!!!!

I do say though that each of us has the CHOICE to send out positive vibes and ENCOURAGE this endeavor!!!! Those whom strive to build each of us up
is truly blessed!!

I remember a story:

There were two women in a nursing home. One had the window next to her and everyday she would tell the other of sights she saw down the street: of children playing,of mothers carrying babes, of silly little things people did as they passed the window!!

The other woman was jealous of her neighbor's view and was very bitter toward her!!

Eventually that woman passed on(The one next to the window) and the other woman begged to be moved near the window. When she looked out....


what did she see??


An empty alley way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only then did she understand that the other woman shared happy thoughts and dreams to cheer her up........It had only been in the woman's mind!!!!


The point I am making in my story is this:


If you only percieve Humanity in struggle and pain and look for trouble....
you will find this!!!!!!!!!

If you look for Light and joy-even in a dream......you will find this!!!


REACH for light--Rise above the Mundane!!!!
Look for joy!!!!!

I suggest whomever has not seen "What the Bleep?" Or "Down the Rabbit Hole" to do so!!!!!!!!(It is on Youtube!)


As for airy fairy--Can you weigh emotions?Can you measure them?? Are they real?? Yet our emotions can have benificial or detrimental effects on our bodies and those around us!!!

If one does not like my point of view-that is your choice-but one doesn't need to continuously harp on it as it only brings people down(which may be your prime objective anyway!!)

I choose to laugh-even though I have lost,I choose to dance -even though
I have tripped, and I choose to fly-even though there are those who say that is impossible!!!

I do bless all of you to find your path-to realize that Humanity on the whole has great potential-wether you feel it is only on this Earth in 3D or to move up to other possibilities in 4D or 5D!!!

Maybe it's hard to remember, maybe you never had this, but when you're coming from the lower vibrations, it's hard to fathom that there is only love and fear, because the games we are played upon are so complex, one is brought to believe that there are millions of un-nameable notions of emotion that aren't of a linear fashion. Maybe one imagines them like a star or a diamond shape of extremes in which one moves, where the maximum variety is somewhere in the middle, as a matter of balance and that might be so.

The love and fear spectrum however, as a matter of 'how highly the whole being reverberates' as opposed to 'do I feel happy just now?' is a whole other issue. There in fact, it seems like the maximum variety of emotion is located at the extreme ends, fanning out into infinity of variance.
Maybe this is the great misunderstanding, but it took me to type this out to have an idea.

I have been taking print outs, I made up a pdf format file of the most important files,and printed it, I am giving those prints to some people I know and work with and some of them are stumed by the work and research behinds it

I feel that Tibetan bowls are adding something realy effective.

Obviously I do not wish to be a kill joy and have the best intentions for everyone involved in this meditation. I have this nagging feeling that comes back evrytime. I cann't ignore it because it comes from my higher self. I would suggest that the people involve should develope a meditation group and focus only on the local regions of where you are. Trying to tackle the whole world in one go is a big mouthful, and could be contributing to an alternative energy source.

If you travel the lines and see different places then you may come across the sentinals that filter each check point. This is a duality that we must over come. Although I feel it cannot be done on a mass scale. This is done on an individual basis.

As I said I don't want to be a kill joy just want people to know what they are getting into. Anyone can do it, break through the clouds that cover the true reality. The knowledge is there for all to discover.

Just don't want any one to full into the pit of blind following, without the true knowledge of how it works in truth.
