One of the highest forms of Vitamin B17 is in Apricot Kernals which are a natural product... Both me and my mum have been regularly eating these with no ill effect...

I've been taking them sporadically for over a year now as a preventative and like you said, no ill effects.

People in the UK can get big bags here, they last a long time

Me and my mum get these bags and split them. I also eat the pips when I'm eating apples another high source of B17.
