Lights over washinton ???

Camano Island Lights

My uncle took this cell phone picture at sunrise from his porch on Camano Island in Washington state on the morning of February 5th, 2009. The lights continued to move over his house from the water, but when he ran to the back of the house they were gone. I've seen some strange stuff in the sky myself, but nothing like this.

Wow cool picture!, so they were coming off of the water heading inland? and I wonder if anybody else saw them?
