A very interesting video, from a national TV station at that.

This could develop into a scandal if the military are found to be doing something illegal.

We will have to wait and see what the last guy on the video will do in regards to his action.

The only thing more or less officially admitted here is that during two military exercises particles where put into the sky to fool radar systems.
For the rest , some room is given to 'critics' and 'greens' to talk about weather manipulation and pollution.

This video is not new, I already saw this last year on internet too...And as I can tell, nothing similar was ever presented on any german TV again.

According to the radar measurements, they speek about tons of dispersed materials...according to the military, it was only a very small amount, with no healthy threats for us...

who's telling the truth?

The TV news report states that “the military planes of the German Federal Army are manipulating our climate; this is what the weather researchers are presuming and their suspicions are confirmed…

Well done Peaceandlove. And you PAblo, just earlier today i wa walking my dogs and noticed lots of chemtrails appearing around our skies. And last night on the way home, there were no clouds in the sky at all. A trail went right around from one end of the horizon to the other and just stayed there . Very strange indeed.......:shocked:

I read somewhere that barium is one of the substances in the trails. If that is true, it must be something to do with haarp type stations. Barium is a dielectric with an extremely high K value, the highest of all if I'm not mistaken.
A dielectric is just a fancy word for an insulator such as plastic, which does not conduct(electrode) electricity such as copper.

An interesting thing about dielectrics is that they store electric charges (creat an electric field) when placed between to charged electrodes.
Eg.
a piece of cardboard(dielecric) between two pieces of tinfoil(electrodes)
If you charge the pieces of tin the cardboard would store a charge and create an electric field, although I don't think carboard would store much(low K value).
This is what most capacitors are by the way, two electrodes with a dielectric between them.

So back to the point, If they are spraying barium which has a high K value, then that means it can store much more electric charge. But I wonder where the electrodes are? Maybe the ionosphere acts as one or something of this nature?

For those that want to know the math behind the k value this is for you, I'm quoting Paul A Laviolette from one of his books:

Some cermic compounds such as barium titante, not only can have a very high dielectric constant, ranging from 2000 to 10,000 K, but they also happen to be quite heavy, More recently, a ceramic compound called barium zirconium titanate (also known as BZT), which also is quite massive, has been found to have a dielectric constant of 23,000.

Barium sulfate is frequently used clinically as a radiocontrast agent for X-ray imaging and other diagnostic procedures. It is most often used in imaging of the GI tract during what is colloquially known as a 'Barium meal'.

It is administered, orally or by enema, as a suspension of fine particles in an aqueous solution (often with sweetening agents added). Although barium is a heavy metal, and its water-soluble compounds are often highly toxic, the extremely low solubility of barium sulfate protects the patient from absorbing harmful amounts of the metal. Barium sulfate is also readily removed from the body, unlike Thorotrast, which it replaced. Due to the relatively high atomic number (Z = 56) of barium, its compounds absorb X-rays more strongly than compounds derived from lighter nuclei.

Barium sulfate is used as a filler in plastics and as a component of oil well drilling fluid to increase the density. It is used in Episal salt.

It is used in brake linings, anacoustic foams and powder coatings

Barium sulfate is also used during the procedure of the soil pH test. In this test it is used so that it precipitates out any particles (usually clay particles) which would otherwise 'cloud' solution preventing one from seeing the colour of the pH indicator i.e. the result of the test.

It is used in root canal filling.

In colorimetry barium sulfate is used as a near-perfect diffuser when measuring light sources.

In photography it is used as a coating for certain photographic papers.

In metal casting, the moulds used are often coated with barium sulfate in order to prevent the molten metal from bonding with the mould.

MERCENARIES HARASS CHEMTRAILS RESEARCHER IN FLORIDA

“Sandra” started out “trying to figure out the chemtrails” in November 2007. Debilitated with Lyme disease, she was directing a conference when some researchers concerned for her health and exposure told her about chemtrails.

A few months ago, Sandra went to the mayor, chief of police and county commissioner near Tampa, Florida with her pictures of chemtrails over the Tampa, Florida area - and chemtrails complaint. The county commissioner went to see Senator Bill Young, and the state congressional Representative.

The chemtrails stopped.

“They weren't completely blatant. They would go out into the gulf and spray and let them come in,” Sandra explained. “They're not spraying directly anymore,” she reconfirmed. “They're sneaky about it. When it's getting ready to rain, they'll spray above the clouds.”

Sandra knows a “very well known microbiologist who has three dead friends” and whom she does not reveal to anyone. Using a 20,000-power microscope he looked at her samples of chemtrails fallout caught in a sterile dish in her front yard - not rain, but actual powder falling from the sky.

“That's what fell outside of the house that day,” she explains. “Literally on those heavy days you can write your name on your car. The worst days, when people feel bad and there are a lot of accidents, we have a pink haze.”

Sandra describes the chemtrails fallout she collected as “dirty, fibery, like crusted salt kind of stuff. You could see these fibers with you eyes.”

One colorful microscope slide photograph she sent me shows the twists of what could be a “viral capsid.” Sandra says of her microbiologist friend, “He had never seen anything like it.”

But the microbiologist “didn't feel comfortable just looking at It,” she relates. “I would want whatever I do for you to stand up in a court of law,” he told her. But “I can't identify what I don't know.”

Still, he was seeing all kinds of people coming in with the same health issues. And he was certain it was from the chemtrails. “He's mad about them,” Sandra says. “Though he can't prove that.”

The Nematodes found in her blood samples - “basically like a worm” - were real enough. And implicated in MS and Lupus. “We killed them and I'm good to go,” Sandra now says.

But when she took her chemtrail fallout sample to an EPA-approved lab, it had to be diluted five times in order to get a reading. The Aluminum measured in the fallout was literally off the scale - “out of range and abnormal” as the lab told Sandra. But so many of the health safety limits have been changed or removed, she couldn't even find EPA safety levels for the levels of barium also recorded by the lab. The arsenic levels - most likely from contaminated groundwater - were extremely high.

i do find this stuff interesting. i have never seen a chemtrail. they don't seem to be interested in spraying in northern alberta. they seem to concentrate on higher population areas. i still don't know what to think.

are they spraying in canada at all?

Oh yes, we get them a steady 5 days a week here in the middle of Vancouver Island. I've seen many days where a clear blue sky turned hazy because of constant chemtrail spraying.
I've also seen them all around the mainland from Vancouver right up to Kelowna.
Kelowna had them worse then Vancouver Island.

I have also seen them in Edmonton, I'm quite surprised you don't see them up in northern Alberta.

i can't see what isn't there. a few jets do fly over most days, but very high up, always on the same course and rarely leave contrails, but when they do, they dissipate quickly.

anyone else from alberta that can comment?

My father is actually up near faust, a little south of high prairy I believe. I'll ask him what he noticed in his area next time I talk with him.
