I have a proposition for all of you here...
 

Let's try, for a few days, think only about the world like we want it to be. make all your visions very colourful and detailed. Then imagine that you rally are living in such a world. Let's manifest with our thoughts something beautiful in spite of all the odds. it won't cost a cent and it is really so pleasant to dream about beautiful things. let's not focus on gloomy pictures no matter what. let's try it for a week!!

sure great idea ,I m trying to do it ,but to be honest
I only have few days a month that i meditate on positive vision of the future
and hold attention on it during the day ,so do it for the whole week would be a challenge
and I like good challenge .count me in Burgundia my friend in holding and focusing on positive dream for a whole a entire week ,making easier
for it to manifest .

Just try to see beauty around you, consciously focus on it. And at night, before falling asleep , envision yourself living in your ideal world. Do not worry about anything for a week ( if you want you can start worrying later), put your problems away,think only positive thoughts. Just for a week!

Great, I do this too. But sometimes people are drawn to too much negativity which is also fed to us from external sources. I think it is important to do it consciously, blocking any negative influences.

agree ultimately we are individually responsible for our own emotions
and awareness ,can not blame others for our negativity
it only means we are available to resonate with those negative vibrations
and that means there is still work in us to do healing to take place
and that work and healing is the job we came here to do on this plane of reality.

I must be honest and tell you burgundia that in the few months since becoming a member of Avalon, I've been amazed and saddened at the fear and negativity expressed in many postings.

All my life I have been unconsciously living as you suggest we should be. I was shocked to realize that this is not the case with many people and my heart goes out to them.

We build our world with our thoughts and fears - so it makes sense to think in terms of do unto others, as you would have them do unto you. Also, we should try to analyze our fears - recognize what causes them, doing so will be the first step towards creating a barrier that fear cannot cross.

I will certainly double my efforts for the next week to make the world a safer, friendlier place. :thumb_yello:

I will concentrate on the positive things in my life, which I have been trying to do for months now with success.

In fact, I was thinking this morning about how far I've come personally and that there are many dimensions to who I am and I wear many hats now.

I take 10 minutes every day and close my eyes in visualize the world I wish I lived in. I then try to visualize the change from the current state to that one. Though the path often includes bad things, I know that when we emerge from the other side everything will be better, and I will be a part of it.

yes, i wrote what i wrote but I still stayed positive inside. there was no anger or hate in me. I expressed my opinion based on what i heard and what i saw. staying positive does not mean that you see the world through pink glasses.

Burgandia i'm in, i started today actually before i saw your thread because i feel i need to find my special place which i seem to have lost in the last few months.
So i sat in the garden in the beautiful sunshine, put my headphones on and listened to my favourite music, i did feel one with nature i could certainly feel it all around me, the vibration was so strong it was not long before i was overcome with love.
A tiny tear rolled down my cheek, something that i have not done for a long while, i have felt numb for quite some time, why i'm not sure but perhaps it has been the knowledge flowing through me, not the postive knowledge but negative stuff that i have been dealing with.
I now know where i need to go and i am focussing on that next week.
Thanks for this thread,you have reminded me to focus and not to let interuptions in my life take over the importantance of getting back to me space.
