Ultrasonic waves and the Ark of the Covenant

I just ran across this article in Scientific American, April 2009.

Heating from sonic waves can turn on genes in the body, demonstrate researchers at the University Victor Segalen Bordeaux in France and their colleagues. Interestingly, I ran across this article a few days ago while doing research on the Ark of the Covenant : "The Ark's Missing Piece" by William Henry (do take a look).

It is my understanding that Italy invaded Ethiopia under strict command of Hitler to secure the Ark. We all should know that Hitler sought high and low for such relics (the Holy Grail, the Centurian's Spear, et al) for his belief that once in his possession, he would acquire ancient tecnology and superhuman powers.

Now if we put the "coming out of secrecy" of the Ark of the Covenant announced last month by the Orthodox church of Ethiopia to these two articles, what can be councluded?
