they are working as volunteers and often have big responsibilities and hours

with no pay... for some a true labor of love you might say

Karen does work extremely hard for this site.

I cannot really accurately describe the huge amount of work that Karen has done for this site behind the scenes - and seriously deserves the focus of this thread.

Pretty much the only reason there is any admin around the gift subscription program has been because of Karen and she has done the most work in fixing peoples broken accounts and subscriptions.

Right now Gareth with me as an active backup do the forum Administration in so far as we are each capable given the way our lives work, and Karen does the hard graft in doing the literally THOUSANDS of PM's. (We had to increase the quota!!) to get the job done.

There are many moderators who have now left (who are missed!!) who also did a lot of work for this site, but now there are only a few active moderators left.

We will be recruiting some new ones soon.
