Ok, let me tell you the reasoning then if you wish to answer then good for my friend.

A business has a problem, they demand a statement, but do not offer the chance for the person to have a representative present. Good or bad.?

The person is being bullied into making a statement which suits the need of the employer. Good or bad.?

The person being demanded upon to make a statement cannot remember all the details, what next.??

answer by private post if you wish, but please understand that this is a good person about to lose her job because of bullying.

Please help me help her.......

Ok my nephew is a 501 attorney which means he handles large corporations.

Just tell her to make the call or contact them online and they will answer her. Civil rights will immediately give her the advice she needs. I found that going outside the company is the only way to go

I found out that most companies tend to have their own set of rules but if they know that the county gets involved that they will back off

It will be tough for her and you if you get involved. Bullying is never good.

Yes i understand it will be tough, but i know this girl is innocent and will not see her take the fall for a guilty person, even if it means i lose this new job.

Thanks for your advice
