Skate liver oil
 

After listening to Dr Pete Peterson's interveiw, I bought some skate oil from here (first place I found):

I've been taking it for a week now - do I notice any effect? I feel less tired than I normally do around the winter months, but I do not know if that's the skate oil. Anyone else have any skate oil experience?

Been using it for over a year now........it did indeed help my knee injury which is why I switched it from Blue Ice which I normally use- also been using X factor butter oil for many years now (since it first came out) I think it's good stuff but not the be all end all of supplements.....
