NASA SAYs MAYAN/AZTEC CALANDER IS "Extremely accurate" ?
 

NASA PAGE SAYS:
The Maya/Aztec calendar, which is extremely accurate, began on August 13, 3114 B.C.E1 or 4 Ahaw 8 Kumk'u in the Mayan language. The Maya concept of time was of circles within circles which only appeared to be linear. The calendar stone shows that we are in the fifth creation, with the four previously destroyed ones surrounding the central figure. The end of the fifth creation of the Maya calendar is on December 23, 2012 of the Current Era (C.E.2).

Thank you all for your comments. Yes it makes you wonder what the agenda is about. Because there is without a doubt something more beneath the surface to all things.

This mocking condescention typified by official government bodies like Nasa is pathetic. It's a bit like me releasing a press statement saying "Floyd on Project Avalon today issued a press release stating that Nasa build space ships and Rockets."
Really.
On the one hand they are issuing statements saying 2012 is astronimical nonsense then we have contradictory stuff like this. They must think we are daft. Silly sausages they are.

Also the Nasa site says that the Mayan end date is the 23rd of December. Too late for some! Unless this is an imposter site published by the Interplanetary galactic government of Zod acting on behalf of biologically manipulated human governments.

If you think about it,

If NASA says the Mayan calendar is BS...people will believe the Mayan Calendar to be correct. However, if NASA says it is extremely accurate and valid...people will start question it and think:
Hey, it's NASA we talk about here!

Not saying it's working, but maybe some smartypants over at NASA found this a good idea! :P
