AOL will NOT let ME get to projectavalon /or projectcamelot

(i never heard these words used together)

Anyway
you could search things on AOL...
load them up, but, click on them
and internet explorer just craps out --
go thru mozilla firefox - no **** out

it's an interesting video
(if you can NOT play it on your regular server
you might have to download something
like "Mozzila Foxfire"
which i have had a do, since, i can't load anything off aol
since there is a lot of blocking/and, censoring going on !!!

Just wanted to add that I run into the same issues constantly many times a day.......but what I've noticed that for me it has seemed to be ISP/networked related, happening in three hour intervals and lasts for about 10-20mins each.........for me, its more annoying and frustrating than anything.

Just my 2cents

You can use an OpenDNS to slip under the firewall of an isp in order to remove isp censorship.

It's a set of changes within the modem software you use. You change the dns address to an uncensored address. You can find uncensored dns searches on google last time I checked. There are a few companies out there that offer private use OpenDNS as well. Here's one to use as example:

That one is popular because of the user control and it's a free server.

If you were in a restricted access area, this would provide a mask that would enable browsing. You pay for internet service with your isp but you don't have to use their servers:lightsabre:


Edit* If you're not using the isp server for access, they can't calculate how much bandwidth you used on their servers.
