The need for social resposibility.

This is something I feel strongly about, and I have no intention of pulling any punches.

In the age of the Internet, and cheap high - gloss home media production, it is possible for anyone to reach a huge audience.

It is possible for anyone to style themselves as an authority, and build a following.

Attention and admiration act like a drug for some.

Those who predict global catastrophe, which does not subsequently occur, those who do this repeatedly, causing widespread fear and anxiety for no good reason, are in my opinion, socially irresponsible, if not actively a social evil.

I call on you to mend your ways.

You incompetent and failed prophets.

Make no more predictions.

Be silent.

And in your doing so, nothing of value will be lost.

i completely agree, and believe that all has been said already no one new is suddenly going to come out and say "this is the truth, this is what's going to happen"... the old books the REALLY old ones have the same as the newest books today . there is nothing new under the sun.

They themselves know who they are.

Yes, you are bringing a point of Prime Importance. When you receive a vision, it may come from another entity with a purpose, it may come from your subconscious drawing a big picture with all sort of "incoming", and it might be a catch of an actual group subconsciousness.

Question everything and search into your own consciousness to feel and discern.

I am a very intuitive person and my wife has very clear visions too. Discerning is of Prime Importance. Many people are in the past or the future, very very few are in the moment...

Namaste, Steven

Yup good thread. I'd say about 98.8% of them fall under this category.
The good thing is they are easy to spot out though.
1 is their so called prophecies never contain anything new that you can't find with a bit of google.
