Viewing Interviews and Reports,videos can't move fwd or bwd.

I have been meaning to ask this for sometime .Why can't we move forward or backward on any of the video's in Interviews and Reports.Thoughts and Questions always arise after watching these
reports.After watching I sometimes try to go back to say 19:00 to hear the part again but slider will aways return to the beginging this also means you can't watch half now and the other later.
I hope there is some way around this.

Well, it's October 14th and all I see are strange cloud formations around the moon. Nothing out of the ordinary.
