This manuscript was delivered to our offices by an unknown person. We did not steal the
document, nor are we involved with any theft from the United States Government, and
we did not get the document by way of any dishonest methods. We feel that we are not
endangering the "National Security" by reproducing this document, quite the contrary; it
has been authenticated and we feel that we are not only within our rights to publish it, but
morally bound to do so.

Regarding the training manual, you may have detected that we had to block out the
marginal notes made by the selectee at the C.I.A. Training Center, but I can assure you
that the manual is authentic, and was printed for the purpose of introducing the selectee to
the conspiracy. It has been authenticated by four different technical writers for Military
Intelligence, one just recently retired who wants very much to have this manual
distributed throughout the world, and one who is still employed as an Electronics
Engineer by the Federal Government, and has access to the entire series of Training
Manuals. One was stationed in Hawaii, and held the highest security clearance in the
Naval Intelligence, and another who is now teaching at a university, and has been
working with the Central Intelligence Agency for a number of years, and wants out
before the axe falls on the conspirators.

We believed that the entire world should know about this plan, so we distributed
internationally one-hundred of these manuscripts, to ask individuals at top level positions
their opinions. The consensus opinion was to distribute this to as many people as who
wanted it, to the end that they would not only understand that "War" had been declared
against them, but would be able to properly identify the true enemy to Humanity.

Rome abounded, for instance. however, it is seldom that concrete clues to such plots
come to light, and are generally known.

Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, An Introduction Programming Manual was uncovered
quite by accident on July 7, 1986 when an employee of Boeing Aircraft Co. purchased a
surplus IBM copier for scrap parts at a sale, and discovered inside details of a plan,
hatched in the embryonic days of the "Cold War" which called for control of the masses
through manipulation of industry, peoples' pastimes, education and political leanings. It
called for a quiet revolution, putting brother against brother, and diverting the public's
attention from what is really going on.

The document you are about to read is real. It is reprinted in its virgin form, with
diagrams, as a touch of reality.

Holy mother of pearl Baggy!, it's 43 pages of technical wow that will be over most peoples heads! I can get through the simple electronic circuit diagram comparisons, but the rest...hmmm well it's 1AM, I'm down to 4 Oreo cookies so it's not looking good. I'll read the rest tomorrow, phew, LOL!

Holy **** Baggywrinkle, thats one hot potatoe. Im up to page 10 will read the rest later. Some advice please from you and from the Moderators. My instinct is to get this out to the world far and wide, but would this put the recipiants in any sort of danger? Im not a paranoid sort of person, but I do request advice on this document.

It has been out for quite a while. I read a short version of it 16 years ago. It has been debated since it was found in the late '80's! Some saying that if its authorship cannot be verified, it is without value. Others say, just look what's happening, someone is following 'Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars' as a script!
Something to that, I'd say.

Thanks Josefine, Id never seen this particular document, although I have heard of various components of it. What is the answer to overpopulation of this earth, apart from atempting to wake people up to become more resonsible? Are the earth changes the shake that society has created for itself to wake up?

The earth changes are partly cyclial, partly conscioussness expressed. The tremendous cosmic radiation, having increased at an accelerated pace the last 10 years and expected to reach a plateu in the near future, influences our consciousness capacity and if you listen to the David Wilcock interview last week (Coast to Coast radio) he states what many minds are surmising, that our full consciousness potential/the full potential of our DNA will be realized 'en masse' by this crescendo of cosmic radiation.

Many years ago Edgar Cayce claimed that our emotions influence the dynamics of the sun.

Dan Winther claimed recently that our emotions are capable of swinging whole galaxies.

This is what we have been told by deep sources as well.

The present size of our population creates the necessary momentum in consciousness to facilitate the positive outcome of the events ahead.

See, section 'Holographic reality' (video) and discussions on the Jake Simpsons interview claiming that 'their technology' is 10,000 years ahead. That is technology with a consciousness interface. This can be explained from the vantage point of a conscious universe.

'The Illuminati', comprising many groups, some that we know, some that we don't, KNOW that the current population size puts them at a disadvantage in these processes. THEY are the ones that have a vested interest in reducing our numbers drastically.

A 'politically incorrect' view on population size has been learned from at least one source in a NDE (will try to locate the link, it is profound). Crystal child Jessica (listen to Kerry's interview) also expresses this view: Our current population size is NECESSARY to give a positive outcome of the the current events.

Our suppressors KNOW this to be the case. How do they know? A good explanation is given by Janet Swerdlow, wife of Stuart Swerdlow (link was posted a couple of days ago). They work with the language of 'hyperspace' and Janet is a really good facilitator.

'THEY' know that this is a conscious universe and that our emotions are powerful. Why leave it to 'them' to act on this knowledge, given that their choices are meant to benefit their chosen group? That is why 'they' try to engender fear in every way possible.

In addition to some practical preparations made in a rational, non-emotional state.

ITs an interesting read. Certainly the monitoring is alluded to in the New Paradigm series and the "studies and all the outcomes".

Its nice to have what looks like a forces of darkness game plan to read through - and read it we must! - but for goodness sakes, first engage your detachment faculties - it is mighty cynical, negative and depressing.
