It's largely nothing but symbolism unless the rest of the states are able to follow along. They should work on pressuring Obama before they declare sovereignity. Isn't there some plan on the books somewhere that would restore the constitution?

But as I said, declaring sovereignity should only come after all options have been exhausted.
