This is all in the 'dark zone' of people's minds, think positive - it's hard, but look out at our wondrous planet, each plant, each tree, our children and focus on them. I too have been sucked into the negativities of some posters, but from now on am focussing my energies into the light.
Bless all those who fight for us, we fight in our own way, I do not want to feed the fear any longer.
