Source energy can do anything we desire... image the desire in the mind (so source knows what it is you desire), then connect with source regularily. Just like anything we do, the more we do it... the better we get at it. But sometimes with enough will... we can summon energy to perform great acts. Like a Mother who lifts a car to save her baby... this is a miracle.
Spirit can bridge anything we wish... watch the interview with this woman, and she says that all she does is "ask that the energy flowing through her body to nourish it, heal it, and restore its youth". And while she does this she visualizes the sun shining light through her body from the inside out.
