I'm asking about you as a zygote. Alternatively, there's you as a clone. In that case, gestation is still an issue and the world, old and new, is a tissue (and probably organ) farm.

From my understanding the fetus is created in test tube conditions, then transplanted into the human woman for a 'normal' birth.

I'm not really sure what a 'zygote' is?
