I'll look into emotional states - brain waves - frequencies - transmissions. If the communications infrastructure, e.g. cellular tower transmission etc, is able to emit the patterns of extreme human torment, it acts as a trigger for conditioned beings and is also very disturbing and unnerving to all civilians.
