There are good and bad in all races i have had dealings with reps not pleasant ones either, but what i came to understand was that all creator beings have a soul base. Now i know my feelings on reps and struggled with that explanation that reps could have souls could be compassionate when we have been told that the reps are cold and loveless creatures, so i can not say.
But what i can say is there are a lot of humans out there who are also cold loveless. have all these humans been taken over or or they just bad humans!
It's hard to send love to these heartless ones but this is what i try to do today.

I have also been looking at crystals and how we all resonate with these crystals the body being made up of mostly water becoming the life force.
Interesting what Alex said about the coffee, i now thank the water and send it love what we drink and bathe in, ultimately taking in loving thoughts will nurture you your body and mind.
