An online dictionary says this:

"The Supremacy Clause is the common name given to Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution , which reads:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."
The Tenth Amendment reads:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." | At first I was confused by by "any Thing in the Constitution" but now I realize this is referring to the State Constitution.
