thank god im a skin flint and always been a rebel.. i stopped goinhg to the dentist wehn i left school at 16 as i heard you had to pay ofr check ups. i never went again. then oneday at 21 my mum said ill pay for all your treatment if you go to the dentist now, convinced that my teeth were now ruined and needed fillings ect. i went to the dentist and he started doing this scale and polish thing. my teeth hurt like mad straight after so i never wen tagain. i couldnt drink hot or cold drinks for 2 weeks afterwards.

im now 34 and have no fillings and no problems. im veggie and harldy eat any processed foods and the only sugar i have is in my tea.( no sweets) my cousin is a dentist and swears flouride is good for you LOL.. left brain insanity!!!!
