I would put it this way; You have the power of free will but due to being a part of a bigger whole, your options are often limited. I think this is one of the keys about Astrology that not even many astrologers get - it's all about your power of free will and a teaching plan to make the best out of it (on the personal level). You certainly do create your own destiny, but as you say corvo it comes with certain conditions.
