I can accommodate 10 people very comfortably or 20 a bit less, meaning some would have to sit on cushions or chairs instead of sofas. 25 would be the very maximum to be reasonably at ease.

Great! I'll be looking forward to come back into the freezing rain just for the pleasure of meeting u guys.
