Hi all,

Glad to find there are so many in the Montreal area. I posted in the ground crew topic and just found this thread. I'm looking to form a radiant zone community in the Laurentians on 100+ acres.

As far as elevation is concern, it really depends on the scenario; the worse case is a pole shift, and all the ice caps melt. This will raise the sea level up by 200+ feet. Because of the warming factor, the ocean beds will also rise, giving a possible total sea level rise by 650+ feet.

Like someone mentioned, there isn't much time to waste. There's a lot of work to do to establish a self sufficient community, otherwise, it's more of a survival existence.
