Scientology, like any religion or faith, is not bad or evil. BUT, the things that people do under it's umbrella, are.
Or, to put it another way, No religion or faith is at fault, only the way people twist and use it to suit their own perverted tastes.
Water is vital to life when used correctly, but if not used correctly, can cause drowning - which has been found to be rather detrimental to life.
