Secret meetings and more foreign takeovers, anyone? We pay them then they buy us out with what was "our" money???

I wonder if all that money the Italian gov't is dishing out to the Libian gov't was the original school, health servies, research portafoglie,etc. that are suddenly empty and has everyone in an uproar???? Things are bad here, friends.
