thanks a lot for the link. the information given there is something i was looking for.. a "grey" (zeta) once visited me by "shifting from 4th to 3rd density" which made me panic..(although he didn`t touch me) but it seems to me that the "grey" didn`t like it and just wanted out again. (vanished into thin air before the "caveman" got a heart attack or could get somewhat "dangerous" ? )
