I've read about this at a lot of different web locations... But it still seems unclear to me. I get that the government/corporation could write such dodgy rules/statutes that try to wrestle all of our rights from us (or at least what we 'think' are our rights), but I'd still feel more comfortable to see the original documents where this occurs so that I feel reassured that I am taking the right steps.
