It would be like what the PTB are trying to do with RFID chips that deduct credits from your personal account when you buy something. These 'credits' are what you get paid for working, etc. except they only 'exist' in some central computer. Meaning you have to go through an intermediary for person-to-person transactions, so EVERYTHING is monitored. And if you run afoul of the PTB, they can 'shut off' your chip and you can't purchase goods, sevices, and are pretty much screwed...
