Nice thoughtful words to read there : )
In this vast ancient Universe human lifespan is like a blink of an eye...in this short period of time on earth its hard to get the big picture...
Now the old Indian Vedas state (and also Buddhism i believe) here is some Natural Laws working which is not so easily seen or understood by Man...but nevertheless affect all sentient beings...like the consept of Karma and Reincarnation - Reap what you Sow and the like...
Now Nature is not necessarily in a hurry to distribute the effects and consequences of ones causes and actions -Nature is patient to punish or please you for your own actions...ones actions in thought word and deed which follow oneselves like dust in ones trail -even into the next life...
So the reasons behind why things are as they are is not always out in the open and self evident...
Now if we live in a Universe self-governed by Natural Laws -Karma will bind one with iron or gold chains depending on ones deeds in thought word and action...God which is above and beyond the Laws of Nature have the capacity to break those Chains of Karma by Grace - How often and why God would interfere with His Self-Governing Natural Laws i dare not say...but since God has the Heart of a thousand mothers and Man has free will -it would not hurt ones chances to simply ask and invite God to step in and take some action...
In times of trouble Man remembers God
In times of ease Man has no need for Him
Man is so playfully occupied in the Garden of God -so much so that when God asks dont you want to befriend Me to get to know Me...Man says we have no time for You now -and God says OK Ill wait...
