All meditation is so helpful ,especially when it is focused on areas that show us all a need for love.............
We all need to regain our sense of balance & harmony............that is why certain places show it in physical manifestation. As we move forward, we will be focusing love and healing in many places on the Earth where people need it most............in positive & warm light!
All of us together can use our hearts and hands to do good..........it is a time to start looking at all people as family..........another you.
It is far better to do this now, in love, than later in tears!!!!!!!!!!!
If you feel pains or sorrows, look around and reach out to another and at least give a kind word,or donate to helping others-whether in time or money or teaching skills...........It is the best investment one can make because the ripples are endless!!!
