based on the map we have right now of people participating it looks like 8 pm gmt would cover every person without having anyone waking up too early or staying up too late
8 pm gmt would have hawaii @ 10 am and new zealand @ 8 am
the right portion of australlia would be the earliest @ 6 am
those at +3 gmt would be the latest at 11 pm
this works because all of asia is blank right now
