My observations on the PDF...for what it's worth. I'm not a specialist in any field but I will draw on my experience as a hobbyist writer.
Firstly, without a shadow of any doubt the whole file is poorly written. It is not consistent with the level of an education a qualified MD / scientist would have. Spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Is there evidence this was written in hast? Even then I would have thought someone’s cognitive abilities be second nature.
I got the distinct impression two authors were involved. The second author’s grammatical composition was very poor.
Was it written from memory by another author?
Not only that it seemed 2 stories we're being spliced into one.
This could be due to the second author’s grammar / writing ability but those areas of composition relate off the main narrative to a third party.
I am not expert or hold a say here. Just stating my observations of the text.
