When all are focused on adding light,other forces come up to interfere,
so I just want to remind all to use candles,insence,and or crystals to help focus your energies!!! All crystals help-it is very helpful to get four clear quartz crystal points of similar size and place in four directions near where you are sitting!! I also love to use watermelon tourmaline as it opens and balances heart chakra and strengthens the emotion of love!! It helps your aura balance and adds to one's sense of well being!! Also remeber aromatherapies and essential oils as one's olfactory senses are a short cut to opening to the inner Soul!!! The pure essential oils help raise one's frequency which is why the ancients anointed themselves!!
