Are they talking about anti matter ? This is what they are using in the collider, this was the worry that they would create a black hole, and the possibility of the earth being sucked in was more of a probability.
Event horizons are the bi product of anti matter!
I think this energy has already been discovered, just a matter of time when they let the public know this.
