Good question. In September I went "Clear" in the Freezone and that has made a huge attitudinal shift for me. The only trap, imho, is our fixation on a certain attitude, and "Clearing" helped me shift my attitude permanently -- of course I have to keep myself. Now I am clearing myself of between lives and astral body attacks. Soon my husband will be Clear too. It is a whole new world!
