I have followed,ever since I learned this, is even if you do not like whom you are....do random acts of kindness & good deeds...and come to like & respect your actions...In time,if pursued diligently, you can love & respect one's actions,which you brought into Reality....

This is not tied to class,race,beauty,species,time or place....
