Then I thought of something I saw on a documentary sometime back about WWII, how the allies did night photo recon over Germany using a powerful strobe and high speed film. Maybe they do it with satilites now. Just a thought to consider.

mmm yea interesting definitely. Might explain the very regular spaces between flashes...?
