I just wanted to share a Burt Harding clip.....Many who seek spirituality usually do so after feeling pain....I felt this is a great clip as he gives steps how to address this.....and how the human experiences themselves continually as humans.....The main difference in adepts is that they become more and more the "observer" and can then control how long to have emotional responses to their issues.....
