I beg to differ... once a "free energy device" has been built it would pay for itself in a short period of time. After that, the energy produced would be FREE.
The ideal way would be to have each person or household own their own device to produce their own energy as needed. Yes, someone would have to manufacture these devices and consumers would have to buy them. But like I said, they'd pay for themselves.
In other words, the "device" would cost you some money but the energy itself would be free.
The only reason we don't have these now are thanks to the PTB (AKA, the owners/producers of OIL) that keep this technology from coming out at all costs.
