Be ever watchful for those incidents that attempt to lower yr frequencies..........there are many attempts to pull down light.......

Be observant and try to recognise what is happening.....some things are harder to seperate from disturbances..however, all of us can stop and observe the incident......choose to raise yr frequency........

reach out to a pet or a beloved object or a dear friend.........raise yr frequencies...........send out love & light..it will come back 3 fold............
