Hi,
Finally, after 2 weeks without participating in the meditation, today at 8pm there I was, ready to start... but today it was strange...
I experienced some difficulties in concentrating, with some extra thoughts poping in my mind.
The hour passed running and I felt total emptiness.
Right now I'm feeling frustrated!
